The project was built in 2022. The original hot water system consists of electric heating boiler and gas boiler. The proprietor required to add solar systems to save energy cost. The retrofitted system consists of a solar energy system, an electric boiler, taking the advantage of solar energy to heat the water quickly to meet the hot water demand, and at the meantime, the heated water is steamed through a steam generator to meet the steam demand.
